SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Within the United States:
Shipping for orders $75 and below is a flat fee of $7. For orders above $75, shipping is free.

Outside the United States:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
 

When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of placing an order. Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Domestically, we ship via USPS Priority, UPS Ground (for US orders), USPS Express for expedited orders. Internationally, we ship via DHL Express and USPS International Priority Express. 

You will be be able to track your shipment by clicking TRACK MY ORDER as soon as your shipping info has been updated by the carrier. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses, including incomplete international addresses. Packages that are returned to as refused or due to an incomplete address will not be reshipped. 

How long does shipping take?

Within the United States:
1-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail
1 business day via USPS Priority Express

 

Outside of the United States:
3-14 business days, depending on the method chosen. 
Our fastest method is DHL Express. Please note that First Class international shipping will not be tracked outside of the United States. 

Taxes & Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note that, on rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We shall not refund shipping costs or costs if packages are returned because of refusal to pay duties.

 

Policy & Terms

By placing an order at Little Rags and Riches you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Little Rags and Riches. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

 

RETURNS

We take great pride in our customer service and our selections. However, we do understand that sometimes things do not work out!

You may initiate a return at our RETURNS PORTAL as long as your return falls under the conditions below.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns on full-priced merchandise only for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order. A restocking fee of $8.50 per order or 10% on returns over $650 will be charged on returns only. For exchanges, we request that you place an order for the size you need immediately and then start the return process for the items you need to exchange. As long as you have purchased the size you need, we will refund you upon receipt of you return without charging no restocking fee. Shipping costs of items returned to us are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns on full-priced merchandise only for a store credit within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Items must be in unworn, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS
Please note that sales items marked down over 10% are final sale only. If, however, you feel that your item qualifies for a store credit please email us for a manual review.

These items are final sale only and may not be returned: accessories, swimwear and any sale merchandise. If we you attempt to return any final sale items, these will be shipped back to you. Neither refund nor credit will be given for merchandise refused on delivery.

Following an unreasonable and excessive return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers.
